It provides huge collaborative benefits for liners, forwarders, cargo owners, truckers, terminals and depots with fast, convenient, secured online exchange of import documents and instructions for paperless release of laden containers at container terminals.

Are you a:

Freight Forwarder
- who is required to submit letters of indemnity to shipping lines (for obtaining release orders) and issue release orders (at house bill level) to multiple consignees;

Consignee
- who needs to sign off letters of indemnity in his own name by stamping his own company chop and submits such to shipping lines/ freight forwarders for obtaining release orders;

Consignee Agent
- who obtains authorization from consignees and signs off letters of indemnity (for obtaining release orders from shipping liners/ freight forwarders) on behalf of consignees;

Trucking Company
- which is currently holding Tractor Identity Number (TID) issued by Kwai Tsing terminals;

Trucking Agent
- who does not hold any Tractor Identity Number (TID) issued by Kwai Tsing terminals while having the need in daily operations to receive/forward eROs from/to other TID holders (trucking companies).
